Located about 2.6 Miles north west of Balbriggan Town and ½ mile north of the Village of Balscadden has school, church, and pub in the village. Exit 6 on the M1 Motorway is only 2.6 miles away.

Location: From Balbriggan Town Centre head due north along the old N1(now the R132) towards Gormanston and Drogheda. As one ascends the hill, leaving the town confines, note O’ Dwyers GAA Pitches on left, and take the next turn left, turning left over Flemington Lane. Proceed to the end of Flemington Lane, to a T junction, and turn right. Proceed north for ½ mile and the lands are signposted on your left.
From Exit 6 on M1 Motorway. Coming off the Exit 6 ramp head east towards Balbriggan on the R122. After 500 metres go through 1st roundabout, and then 100 metres further on, turn left onto signposted Gormanston, Balscadden L1130. Proceed north for 1.6 miles and the lands are signposted on your left.
